Weiying Wu studies History at Yale University with a focus on Sino-Japan relations in the late 19th-20th century. In the past two years, she has reported on China’s current affairs as a Pulitzer Reporting Fellow, worked on a class-action lawsuit on combatting juvenile internet addiction in a public interest law firm in Beijing, and wrote a thesis on Chinese legal history in the 20th century. Apart from IUCJ, she edits the Yale Historical Review, runs the school debate club, and enjoys reading and drawing in her free time.
