Ruby is a senior at Purdue University, double majoring in Public Relations and Asian Study while minoring in Political Science. She grew up in China and has been studying in the United States since high school. She is trilingual in Mandarin, English, and Japanese. Her main interest is in the study of East Asian relations and the links between China and the United States. On campus, she has assisted with research on European immigration and served as the Public Relations Department Chair at the Purdue University Chinese Students and Scholars Association.
