Linda Zhang is currently a sophomore at Harvard College studying Government and East Asian Studies. Born in Anhui and raised in Shanghai, she is bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) and English. Also fluent in Japanese, she is interested in studying US-China relations with the perspective of the relations between the US and other East Asian countries such as Japan. At Harvard, she wrote for The Harvard Crimson and Harvard International Review, and has also been assisting with research regarding Chinese diaspora and political change in the 20th century. In her free time, she is committed to choreographing, programming lights, and dancing with Harvard’s Asian American Dance Troupe, as well as organizing Harvard College China Forum.
